At Ruby Porter Marketing & Design, we started off the new year exactly as we wanted to: by launching six new websites. We were extremely busy over the holiday season, but we wouldn’t want it any other way. We designed and developed multiple sites of which we are  very proud. Check them out!

Synergy Brewing Systems

Synergy Brewing Systems creates high-end home brewing systems and brewing equipment right here in Eugene, Oregon. We created a new site using the e-commerce content management system (CMS) Magento. We were able to keep the look and feel of Synergy’s old site while updating and improving their e-commerce capabilities by using Magento which is built from the ground up for ease of use in e-commerce.

The Kief Thief

The Kief Thief sells the highest quality, dry sift, stainless steel kief tumbler on the market today. We also developed their website using Magento whose interface is designed for e-commerce. This means that The Kief Thief’s new interface is designed to give them everything they need right at their fingertips. This gives them a ton of capabilities to expand their product line down the road.

Rogue River Tactical

Rogue River Tactical is yet another recent site we developed using the Magento CMS. Rogue River sells hundreds of different knives, crossbows and related accessories. The sheer number of products that they sell caused a lot of slowdown with their old site and CMS. By switching to Magento, Rogue River Tactical’s website loads product pages much quicker.

Bill Teaches Guitar

Bill Dickson is a local guitar teacher in Eugene, Oregon, and he came to us looking to create a website which both matches his unique personality and promotes his services. Our design staff was able to create this beautiful website which utilizes high-quality imagery. Billteachesguitar.com was also the first website where we used a video banner on the homepage, a feature we are very excited about. Chapala Mexican Restaurant

We were beyond excited to work with Chapala Mexican Restaurant of Eugene as it gave us plenty of excuses to go out and eat their wonderful food (for website research purposes of course). We were able to greatly improve upon their previous site and commissioned a professional photographer to take the beautiful photos featured on their image-rich website.

Chula’s Restaurant and Cantina

Chula’s Restaurant and Cantina is another beloved Eugene eatery whose website we redesigned and developed. Using a simple design concept, we were able to create a website which does a wonderful job of featuring their services and has plenty of photos of their delicious food and drinks.
